Import, review, export

From your saved lists to a usable spreadsheet.

No sign-in needed to import

Import a Google Takeout file

At Google Takeout, choose Saved and download your archive. Import the ZIP or a Saved collection CSV, review your places, edit notes, and select the rows to export.

Files are read locally in your browser. When you choose Export to Google Sheets, authorize Google and the selected rows are sent to a new Sheet.

Export only the rows you choose

Create a new Google Sheet

Review your lists, edit notes, and mark places as visited. Choose Export to Google Sheets and select your Google account when you are ready.

The app requests access only to files created or used with MoveMyPosts. It creates a new spreadsheet with your selected place names, lists, Maps links, notes, comments, and visit status.

Clear permissions, a clear purpose

You choose what moves.

MoveMyPosts requests only drive.file to create and fill the spreadsheet you request. This permission is limited to files created or used with this app. We do not change your original Maps lists or provide continuous sync.

Imported files are read in your browser. Your workspace stays here until you clear it. Google access tokens are held in page memory during your session; selected rows are sent directly to Google Sheets when you export. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or generalized AI training.

Read our Privacy Policy for the data we access, how we use and share it, storage and retention, and how to revoke access or request deletion. Our Terms of Service explain service limits.
